Peter B. Dolan
Peter joined ELM in 2016 and works in the general litigation, labor and employment, condemnation, real estate, trust and estate litigation, and probate practice areas. Peter’s work focuses on assisting clients by thoughtfully guiding them through each step of their case, whether it be a will contest or a business dispute. As a pragmatic and results-oriented attorney, Peter has helped many clients through mediations and, when necessary, litigation in court as he seeks to advocate for his clients and find the best outcome for any particular case.
During law school, Peter externed at Open Door Legal Services with Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission and later interned with a law firm in Spokane. Before joining ELM, Peter worked as Staff Counsel to the Washington State Senate in Olympia analyzing statutes and administrative regulations, providing legal research and analysis, and helping to draft legislation in key policy areas.
