Jacob J. Farrell
Jacob joined ELM after completing his J.D. at Ohio State University School of Law. His work focuses on real estate, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He is energized by new challenges and a deep commitment to securing excellent outcomes for his clients.
Before joining ELM, Jacob interned at Boeing’s Government Operations Division gaining valuable experience negotiating with government entities. While at Ohio State, Jacob worked as a research assistant for Dean Lincoln Davies and Professor Peter Shane. As accomplished scholars, both provided valuable insight into the intricacies of legal writing and research.

Jacob was born and raised in Seattle and is excited to return to the area after several years in Spokane and Columbus, Ohio. Jacob cares deeply about First Amendment freedoms, including speech, conscience, and religious liberty.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys work with the Christian Legal Society, hiking, chess, watching the Seahawks, and traveling with his wife, Alyssa.
